The Practice

The practice can be found in the Sundridge Park Conference Centre which is set in the picturesque surroundings of Sundridge Park, Bromley, Kent.

The practice is run by Rob Ridler, LSSM (Dip), MSMA. Rob trained with the London School of Sports Massage, which is widely renowned as the Premier Sports Massage Therapy School in the country, producing many of the country’s top Sports Practitioners. Rob is registered and insured with the Sports Massage Association and is also a registered practitioner with the LSSM.

An ex-Boxer, Personal Trainer and a keen sportsman himself, Rob is experienced in treating a vast range of athletes, from Footballers and Boxers, to International Triathletes, as well as the Men’s & Women’s British Water Ski Racing Champions. Rob is also a regular contributor to Personal Trainer for Women Magazine writing articles regarding exercise and fitness development.

Several of his regular clients visit the Practice with non-sports related injuries.
